For a very small business, this may in fact be all that you need. However, if you are a large business that has many employees and many customers located in different parts of the world, that particular software won't be of use to you. You will need to invest in customized software, that in turn will cost more money.

The things you need to take into consideration when deciding on your next video conferencing equipment is the size of screen you need. Basically, as with any home television system, the larger the screen, the higher the price. You can figure out how big of a screen you will need by simply looking over exactly what you will be using the video display terminals for. Therefore, if you need a larger model, you will have to also get all the other accessories in order to have an advanced video conference. You will need the monitor, the computer software, the cables, the microphones and even headsets. The type of software that you get largely depends from which provider you will be getting it from, but you will find that the more people that will be using this service, the more money it will eventually cost you. But keep in mind, that the cost will be de-frayed over the years by the tremendous amount of money that you will save.

The best conference equipment does not usually come at a low price, but once you have it, you will wonder how you ever conducted business without it. The world of video conferencing microphones, slide to video converters and electronic white boards can be quite complex, but as long as you find a provider that you trust, they will be able to walk you through the whole process. But always keep in mind that if you only have a small business, then you don't have to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars for video conferencing. It is important to figure out your exact need for it, so that you can remain in your budget.
