It is important to only give access to your most trusted employees because some employees that are thinking of leaving the company may use this information against you in the future, so it is necessary to use caution.

What about video conferencing furniture?

If you decide to get a mobile unit, then your furniture will largely depend on the amount of people that will be partaking in the conference from your end. If you will have upwards of twenty people, then you will have to get adequate seating, a boardroom table and enough space to accommodate everyone in the room comfortably. You will also want to make sure that the parties on the other end are able to see everyone in the room. But if you are only using one of the video conferencing mobile carts for a small meeting, then you will only need a table and chairs and enough space to showcase your materials. Video conferencing carts are not for every business but if you plan on having conferences in different rooms, then this is the ideal solution for you.
